At Pierre Cardin, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our boutique warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
